Air Travel
You are responsible for your own flight arrangements to and from the event. The local airport is the Palm Beach International Airport.
Hotel Accommodations:
Rooms are available at the Breakers Resort at a discounted rate of $225 per night plus 11.5% taxes. Room reservations may be secured on the meeting registration web site. Please be sure to register early, rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Room Deposit:
You will be charged one nights room and tax when you secure your hotel accommodations. For all reservations amended within 72 hours from arrival a $100 change fee will be applied to the credit card given at the registration process.
Golf and Gift Certificates:
If you have registered for the Golf Tournament (Wednesday, October 8th), Microsoft and Unisys will be covering all charges for you. If you have opted not to play golf, we will be providing you with a $75 gift certificate to use at the resort. Gift certificates will be for attendees only.
*Golfers will be matched in teams with a Microsoft representative and/or other partners who have services/solutions/products that are complementary to their business.
Club Rentals:
If you are playing in the golf tournament, rental clubs are available for an additional cost. Please indicate your need for rentals when registering.
Spa:
For those interested in visiting the spa (either with the gift certificate or on your own), please be sure to contact The Spa at The Breakers for appointments in advance. You may reach the Spa at 1-888-BREAKERS (273-2537).
Guests:
All guests are invited to the social events each evening. Should your guest wish to visit the spa, please be certain to secure appointments in advance. Gift certificates will be for the attendees only. Guests may purchase packages through the spa directly. You may reach the spa at 1-888-BREAKERS (273-2537).
Registration Cancellations/Updates:
If you need to cancel, we ask you do so prior to September 18, 2008. Space is limited at this event and this will allow us to accommodate all those that would like to attend. Should you need to make any changes, you may do so by editing your registration profile by visiting www.partnerexecutivesummit.com and using the email address and password you provided. Should you need to cancel, please email pes@microsoft.com or visit http://www.partnerexecutivesummit.com to cancel your registration.
Hotel Cancellations/Changes:
Should you need to make any changes to your hotel arrangements, you may do so by editing your registration profile at www.partnerexecutivesummit.com. Alterations to your rooming arrangements can be made depending on availability. Hotel cancellations MUST be received by September 18, 2008 or your deposit will be forfeited. Hotel cancellations can be made via the website or by contacting pes@microsoft.com.

What is provided during the Summit?
You will be Microsoft’s guest for the Public Sector Partner Executive Summit, including all registration and conference fees. The Welcome Reception on Monday, October 6th includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Tuesday, October 7th. Breakfast, lunch and a reception will be provided on Wednesday, October 8th. Scheduled activity costs during the conference including the golf tournament and spa gift certificates will be provided for attendees only. You are responsible for your air travel, transportation, hotel accommodations, and incidental hotel expenses.
