Hotel Accommodations:
Rooms are available at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess at a discounted rate of $299 per night plus 11.92% taxes. Room reservations may be secured on the meeting registration web site. Please be sure to register early, rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Airport:
The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is serviced by the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Golf and Gift Certificates:
If you have registered for the Golf Tournament (Tuesday, October 9th), Microsoft and Unisys will be covering all charges for you. If you have opted not to play golf, we will be providing you with a $75 gift certificate to use at the resort. Gift certificates will be for attendees only. Guests may purchase packages through the spa directly.
*Golfers will be matched in teams with a Microsoft representative and/or other partners who have services/solutions/products that are complementary to their business.
Club Rentals:
If you are playing in the golf tournament, rental clubs are available. Please indicate your need for rentals when registering.
Spa:
For those interested in visiting the spa (either with the gift certificate or on your own), please be sure to contact the Willow Stream Spa at the Scottsdale Princess for appointments in advance. You may reach the Spa at 800-908-9540.
Guests:
All guests are invited to the social events each evening. Should your guest wish to visit the spa, please be certain to secure appointments in advance. Gift certificates will be for the attendees only. Guests may purchase packages through the spa directly. You may reach the spa at 800-908-9540.
Registration Cancellations/Updates:
If you need to cancel, we ask you do so prior to September 20, 2007. Space is limited at this event and this will allow us to accommodate all those that would like to attend. Should you need to make any changes, you may do so by editing your registration profile by visiting www.partnerexecutive summit.com and using the email address and password you provided. Should you need to cancel, please email microsoftevents@meetingsolutionsinc.com or visit www.partnerexecutivesummit.com to cancel your registration.
Hotel Cancellations/Changes:
Should you need to make any changes to your hotel arrangements, you may do so by editing your registration profile at www.partnerexecutive.com. Alterations to your rooming arrangements can be made depending on availability. Hotel cancellations MUST be received 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in or your credit card will be charged. Hotel cancellations can be made via the website or by contacting microsoftevents@meetingsolutionsinc.com. If you are cancelling less than 72 hours in advance please be certain to contact the hotel directly at the number above.
Special Needs:
What is provided during the Summit?
You will be Microsoft’s guest for the Public Sector Partner Executive Summit, including all registration and conference fees. The Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 7th includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on both Monday, October 8th and Tuesday, October 9th. Scheduled activity costs during the conference including the golf tournament and spa gift certificates will be provided for attendees only. You are responsible for your air travel, transportation, hotel accommodations, and incidental hotel expenses.
Structured Networking:
Leverage Software is a convenient on-line tool designed specifically to help you learn about other attendees and schedule meetings with them at the Public Sector Partner Executive Summit.
Each registered attendee has a professional profile. You can review their profiles, learn about the other attendees, send messages to them, and even schedule meetings with them during conference breaks. Emails are sent through Leverage and user contact information is concealed so you can correspond freely knowing that your privacy is secured. You determine the meeting topic – whether it’s sharing a sales proposal, a product demonstration or a quick introduction.
